We evaluate projects and programmes that promote decent work outcomes. We do this using a variety of analytical and participative methods, utilizing documentary evidence, data analysis, staff interviews or stakeholder engagement.
Assessment may be undertaken against formal project plans such as LogFrames, or against objectives defined by the client.
We have carried out such evaluations for a range of public and private projects and programmes, particularly those which have donor requirements for mid-term and final evaluations. We have also carried out evaluations for NGOs and trade unions in the context of their internal and donor requirements.
