For 5 years we
have provided support to the Sustainability team at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a range of labour related issues. This has included providing particular advice on defined projects, project risk assessment, including carrying out site visits and assessments, facilitation of internal meetings and external contact with stakeholders, producing internal guidance and tools and developing and implementing internal training.
We have also supported EBRD in policy development and have also produced a range of guidance materials and other documents, an example of which is the guidance note on Family Friendly Working.
Countries we have worked in with EBRD include: Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Croatia and Kazakhstan.
