ILO website on forced labour

The ILO's Special Action programme on Forced Labour (SAP-FL) has launched a new website bringing together a range of resources on the subject, including relevant conventions, explanations, technical co-operation projects and surveys. Formed in 2002, the SAP-FL is part of the ILO's Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and works to raise awareness about modern forms of slavery and other aspects of forced labour. It works with governments and runs projects to build capacity for the enforcement of law and to prevent forced labour and rehabilitate its victims.
