Colin Fenwick
Colin Fenwick is Director of the Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law at the University of Melbourne in Australia. He has substantial experience of international labour law issues in a variety of contexts.

Image Colin is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and of the University of Virginia, with more than ten years' experience in the field of labour relations law in Australia, the United States and Switzerland. Colin has practised as a barrister, specialising in labour relations law, and was employed for a time as a prosecutor of workplace health and safety crimes. Colin has worked for the ILO, both as an official in its Geneva headquarters, and as an external consultant. He has also worked as a consultant for clients including the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions, the International Labor Rights Fund and the United States Department of Labor. He is the senior associate editor of the Australian Journal of Labour Law.
